Composed of contract researchers and engineers, Linear Signal focuses some of the brightest, most innovative, and most experienced talent on its core research and development interests. A flexible team structure allows Linear Signal to rapidly and cost effectively "bolt on" new competence in leading edge research technologies or to instantly expand for growth or custom projects.

While we employ full time team for sales and administrative functions, the majority of Linear Signal's engineering team is composed of dedicated part time talent that are employed full time at some of the leading academic and commercial institutions around the country. While functioning with part time team has certain inherent difficulties, it also has tremendous advantages.
